We connect your hob properly

We disconnect the old hob and install the new one, check that the connection can handle the load and test that everything works as it should. If you have gone from a cooker to a separate hob and oven, or upgraded to an induction hob that draws more power, we make sure the supply is correctly rated for the new hob. Most induction hobs are connected on a three-phase supply with a 16 A fuse. If you are replacing the whole stove or doing a kitchen renovation, we can install the cooker hood at the same time.

Safe and to regulations

A hob is permanently connected to the electrical installation and must therefore be installed by a qualified electrician to be safe and legal. We carry out the work professionally and document it to the requirements of the Swedish National Electrical Safety Board. For extra safety we can also fit a stove guard, which cuts the power if the hob has been left on.
