We find and fix electrical faults

After a proper investigation we choose the right fix — and at the same time reduce the risk of the fault coming back. If your home has no RCD – common in older homes – we install a 30 mA residual current device, or replace an old one that no longer works as it should. Test the RCD yourself a couple of times a year by pressing the test button; if it does not trip, it needs replacing. If you are installing an EV charger you usually need a type B RCD, or a type A combined with a charger that has built-in DC protection.

Fixed installation and work on the electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician to be safe and legal. Simpler things such as changing a bulb you may do yourself, but if in doubt — get in touch, it is not worth the risk with electricity.
